EA Sports has provided an update to inform fans about the content that will be included in tomorrow’s FIFA 17 demo.
Unsurprisingly, the demo features a Kick-Off mode that allows players to straight away jump into games and quickly test out how the new title differs from last year’s installment. There are four single-player Skill Games and three multiplayer that you can play as the Kick-Off matches are loading.
Players have the option of playing at three stadiums: Seattle Sounders’ CenturyLink, Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, and Gamba Osaka’s Suita City Football Stadium. As for clubs, the demo includes 12 of them and which are:
- Bayern München
- Gamba Osaka
- Manchester City
- Manchester United
- Olympique Lyonnais
- Paris Saint-Germain
- Real Madrid
- Seattle Sounders
- Tigres U.A.N.L. (MX)
Tomorrow’s demo also gives players the opportunity of sampling a “select experience in The Journey which will be limited to playing as one of the world’s top clubs Manchester United”.
The Journey is the first ever story mode in the soccer simulation franchise. Players will fill the rookie shoes of Alex Hunter and follow his career as he trains and plays with some of the best names in the world. The publisher believes that fans of the franchise are going to really enjoy investing time in Hunter’s career-building.
FIFA 17 is scheduled to release on September 27 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. This is the first game that is being powered by the publisher’s Frosbite engine, as opposed to the in-house Ignite engine that has been powering the previous sports games.
