Shortly after the official announcement last week, major retailers from around the world began taking up pre-orders for Destiny 2.

The highly anticipated sequel is available for purchase in three different editions: Collector’s Edition, Limited Edition, and Standard Edition. Each edition features its own list of offerings, which also impacts the amount of storage space needed for installation.

In short, both the Collector’s and Limited Editions will require 68 GB of minimum storage capacity. On the other hand, the Standard Edition is a bit lighter in this regard, asking for 64 GB instead.

You can go through the official content listing for each of the three editions below.

While it would reason to suggest that the additional 4 GB of installation space is for post-release content, expansion packs for such major games are seldom that light. Hence, it is likely that the game’s upcoming expansion packs are going to raise the storage requirements by a significant amount at the time of release. Make sure to make room when that happens.
