Last year, Telltale Games and Warner Bros. joined hands to release Batman: The Telltale Series as a new episodic point-and-click graphic adventure. It comprised of a total of five episodes, with the last one releasing in December. Since then, it has been relatively quite on the front but a recent listing by the rating board might have leaked the return of the Dark Knight.

According to the updated website for the Film and Labelling Body of New Zealand, the Batman: The Telltale Series is getting a new season in the form of Batman: The Enemy Within. The game director is listed to be Kent Mudle. His work includes the Game of Thrones series, and The Walking Dead: Michonne.

This is the second indication that the studio is gearing up for a few announcements. Prior to this, there was a teaser that many interpreted as a sequel to The Wolf Among Us. Telltale Games, however, shut it down by stating that there are no current plans to work on that fictional tale.

The 2017 San Diego Comic-Con is scheduled to kick off tomorrow. It is the perfect stage for Telltale Games to makes its announcements. The studio has already teased that it has something special up its sleeves for fans this week. There is always the possibility that we get confirmation on not one but multiple new seasons.
