Much like the original installment, Destiny 2 continues to prove its worth in the market as a fine science-fiction multiplayer first-person shooter. More importantly, it is shedding doubts that any might have had regarding the sequel improving on the wrongdoings of the first game.
For the third week in a row, Destiny 2 has taken first-place in the UK sales chart. If you were to consider the publisher, Activision has enjoyed nearly a dozen top placements these weeks between Destiny 2, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. It has certainly been a lucrative month for the company.
Elsewhere, Project Cars 2 made its debut at second-place behind Destiny 2. Pokken Tournament DX is also another new arrival, taking fifth-place in the weekly chart. Surprisingly, Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite failed to reach the top-ten ladder. The brawler may have received favorable reviews but it only managed to grab eighth-place in the PlayStation 4 charts and nineteenth-place in Xbox One. Overall, it must do with twelfth-place in the weekly chart. Finally, the amazing Grand Theft Auto V continues to be in every single top-ten sales chart on the planet.
