Indie World Announced by Nintendo

News has come directly from Nintendo’s social pages of a brand new Indie World Showcase tomorrow, April 18th 2023.

While the blowup of The Legend Of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom’s final trailer is taking most of the limelight when it comes to Nintendo for the next few months online, this news comes with the hope of many new announcements, for both older anticipated Indie titles as well as brand new ones that may not have been seen before.

As written, the showcase will broadcast brand-new game reveals as well as updates on currently present Indie titles on the Nintendo Switch. Just one example of what fans are still hoping for is the sequel for the acclaimed Hollow Knight, with Silk Song’s release date still unannounced. A roughly 20-minute stream is not the longest thing, but it may be packed with some big surprises.
