Kehjistan is located in the southwest of the game and contains locations from Diablo 3, such as the Hidden Camp, Caldeum, and Alcarnus. Gea Kul is Kehjistan’s primary hub, but it’s far to the southwest, therefore traversing the map can be difficult until all waypoints are found. Knowing the locations well will allow you to complete the Kehjistan map faster.
All Dungeons Locations in Kehjistan

Beating a side dungeon for the first time grants players a one-of-a-kind Aspect for their codex. These Aspects differ from those found in Legendaries in that they can be employed several times, however they may not be as powerful.
There are 23 side dungeons to explore on the full Kehjistan map. However, some of them are tied to Stronghold completion. The Sepulchre of the Forsworn in the northern Altar of Ruin and Crumbling Hekma in the southern Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold are two of these dungeons.
All Waypoints in Kehjistan
Waypoints are a quick and efficient way for players to traverse about the Estuar zone in Diablo 4. They are notably handy for taking part in limited-time events like World Boss arenas and Legion events. Unlocking Waypoints not only increases a player’s Renown but also allows them to more easily access various events throughout Kehjistan.
While the first three zones in the game (Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, and the Dry Steppes) each contain eight Waypoints, Kehjistan and Hawezar only have six. Two of Kehjistan’s Waypoints, the Altar of Ruin and Omath’s Redoubt, are sealed behind Strongholds, therefore players must complete these Strongholds to fully unlock all Waypoints.
World Bosses in Kehjistan
Each zone in Diablo 4 includes a special arena called the World Boss arena. One of the three World Bosses can appear on a regular basis there. Players can beat each World Boss once a week to receive a cache containing special things such as Unique, Legendary, and cosmetic items. In real-time, Ashava the Pestilent, Avarice the Gold-Cursed, and Wandering Death spawn every six to seven hours.
The World Boss site in Kehjistan is fairly far from the main port of Gea Kul. To discover the World Boss, players need travel to the Scouring Sands in eastern Kehjistan and look for Tarsarak, a small town with a Waypoint.
All Altars of Lilith in Kehjistan
In Diablo 4, Altars of Lilith grant minor stat boosts to players, although collecting all 160 of them can be time-consuming. The rewards, however, are well worth it, since they offer extra stat points, greater Obol capacity, and Paragon Points, all of which make characters considerably more powerful. The best thing is that these advantages are available to all characters on the same account, including new Level 1 characters.
To acquire all 31 Lilith Altars in Kehjistan, players can begin at the northern gate from the Dry Steppes, go counter-clockwise towards Gea Kul, then east, and ultimately north through the Scouring Sands.
